The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You should receive the refund back into your account within 3-5 banking days from the day it was processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is being processed.

We’ll inform you once your item arrives at the warehouse and passes our quality checks. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

You’ll get another notification when your exchange item has been packed and shipped. We expect most orders to be delivered within the next 7 days for replacement or exchanges from the day it was processed. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link in a separate email as soon as your order ships.
