Refund Policy

Returns: At PetroFashion, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at contact@petrofashion.com with your order number.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the refund still hasn’t appeared after this, we recommend contacting your bank. Sometimes there may be a processing delay. If you have completed these steps and have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@petrofashion.com for assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@petrofashion.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
